For Douglas County, these are the sales data as posted in the MLS for the 2nd Quarter of 2010. I went back to 1997, so that you could see how this market compared with previous markets. The one sale in 2010, was for $852,000, was previously a resort that had been subdivided. I don’t think that it should be classified as a lakelot, but to keep the data pure, we will leave it in the statistics.
We had 14 sales in 2010 with only the “resort” sale being over $167,000. The rest were all under. Even compared with last year, we had higher sales prices. For brevity, I won’t get into pricing, but here’s what I have:
