Peak Inventory StatsAs noted before in my blog, the peak inventory ever for our MLS system was achieved this year. Here’s how it stacks up in our market:

So as you can see, 2010 will hopefully go down as being the peak year for inventory. Once the inventory starts to subside, we will start to see prices stabilize. I think that may be happening right now, let’s hope.
