As of this morning in the Alexandria, MN MLS there were 327 residential listings in Douglas County. Maximum ever was 338 listings, which was last year on July 15th.

Lakehomes…new inventory record! As of this morning, 271 listings in Douglas County.

These are listings in the Alexandria, MN MLS system. Obviously there is more inventory with properties for sale by owner, etc.

But in doing comparing data from one day to the next…the MLS data is very pure.
